Refund Policy

North Eastern Institute of Whole Health refund policy is as follows:

  • Students are entitled to a full refund only if the Massage Therapy Program does not run.
  • All special offers (tuition scholarships, tuition discounts, etc.) that reduce the total tuition are null and void upon withdrawal or termination of the student enrollment and the total school tuition cost becomes $9,500.00.
  • All monies owed to NEIWH will be calculated from the date of student enrollment to the date of student official withdrawal or termination.
  • Students are entitled to a full refund excluding $350.00 administrative fee if they withdraw from the program on or before the first day of instruction.
  • Students are entitled to a pro rate refund within the first 30 (thirty) days of their enrollment date. The pro rate refund percentage is calculated as follows:
    Pro rata refund % = (Potential/Scheduled class hours/750 hours)*100.
  • The enrollment date is considered the date on which students sign the Student Contract provided by North Eastern Institute of Whole Health.
  • Students are entitled to no refund of any money paid to North Eastern Institute of Whole Health after 30 (thirty) days of their enrollment date.
  • Students are responsible for the whole tuition cost at North Eastern Institute of Whole Health after 90 (ninety) days of their enrollment date.
  • Students receiving benefits from federal programs shall be subject to federal refund policies, rules and regulations.
  • All refunds shall be paid within 30 days upon written notification from a student of withdrawal or termination.
