Dear Dr. Grigore

I wanted to thank you and let you know how impressed I was with your choice of instruction for the LOMI LOMI class held this past weekend. Suzanne Blackburn was terrific, informative, and absolutely wonderful to learn from.

Her teaching style was superb. She is definitely an asset to your team.I also wanted to let you know that I did a lot of research on different schools, NH as well as MA, trying to find the right fit for me to receive CEUs and NEIWH was the best by far.

I am very proud to be an Alumni of NEIWH.

Also, thank you to Mr. Melcher he's terrific, and a thank you to all of your Instructors for the best massage school and best massage classes.

Respectively,
Sharon Cassidy

Dear Dr. Grigore,

When I finally made the decision to become a Massage Therapist, I thought to myself, "Where should I go to school?" I thought back to two Massage Therapists that I had received the best massages from and interviewed them both. That's how I learned about NEIWH.

A window of opportunity opened for me where I could take a year off from work and go to school to study massage therapy. I have never been happier that I did and have been very pleased and satisfied with the education that I have received at NEIWH.

The teachers are great! They have a way of sharing their knowledge and they promote the utmost in professionalism, while being down to earth at the same time. I have learned so much about myself and how the human body works. I am truly amazed by the education I have received and I feel confident going into the National Exam.

I would like to take this time to personally thank my teachers: Ms. Chaffee, Mr. Murphy, Ms. Reed, Ms. Fife, Dr. Verigan and Ms. Sowles. Their knowledge of the courses they teach is phenomenal. Their presentation of the material is to be commended. The education I have received from each of these teachers, places NEIWH on the highest of educational platforms. This school rocks! And, it all starts with Dr. Grigore. Your knowledge, wisdom and compassion for people and life is emulated throughout the school. It touches each and every one of us.

Thank you all, and I highly recommend NEIWH to anyone who is interested in becoming a Massage Therapist. This is by far, the place for you. I am a November 2004 graduate.

Sincerely,
Karen Jubinville

My experience at North Eastern Institute of Whole Health was an unforgettable one, and I attribute all my knowledge and technique to the wonderful teachers and the staff that makes this school a great one.

Successfully I have completed the long and (for me)arduous journey to becoming a New Hampshire licensed massage therapist... Thank you N.E.I.W.H.

Dear Dr. Grigore

Two months have gone by since I graduated NEIWH. Since then I have taken the National Exam and passed. I have one more step to complete in January and I will be licensed.

I never would have expected such a drastic change in myself and how much I have grown as a person since starting NEIWH in September of 2003. It took me 35 years to finally find myself. I had worked in the corporate world for most of my life. When I got laid off - I did some major soul searching, trying to figure out what I wanted to do. I knew that I wasn’t going to be happy working for a company. I never quite fit in – but I went to work everyday and did my job because I thought that was the only thing out there for me – until I walked into your school.

It was overwhelming at first. I hadn’t picked up a school book in a very long time. There were times throughout the school year that I wondered if I was ever going to make it through. I was on the early graduation schedule. I was trying to get all electives, clinic, outside hours and doubling up on classes to complete my goal. On top of it all I was planning a wedding. I did it! I look back on it now and I wonder how I made it through…and this is what I came up with:

I had the support of the entire NEIWH faculty. I had teachers and professors that I respected. I had the support of my family. I had the ambition to see this challenge through. I found 3 great friends that I bonded with at school and made me laugh on the days when I really needed it.

Everything happens for a reason. If I hadn’t gotten laid off – I never would have found your school. I never would have met the wonderful people I have come to know. I never would have seen myself in the light that I do now. I have so many things that I want to do with this wonderful gift I have. The ability to make people feel good is such a wonderful reward I don’t know how I survived so long without it.

Thank you for having the best teachers, staff and curriculum. I hope that we continue to stay in touch.

Dear Dr. Grigore

I have been a student at NEIWH for a year now, and I love having the ability to check my academic information online. I am a busy Mom of two active boys as well as a student, and the fact that I can schedule classes, electives and clinic hours and check my financial statement from my own home is so incredibly convient. I can keep track of my outside clinic hours and the system keeps track of my inside clinic hours for me. I love knowing that I don't have to worry about that.

I also love being able to look online to see what electives are upcoming. It is so fun to go through the calendar of electives and pick and chose which ones I would enjoy most. And then right then, sign up and know instantly that the elective I have chosen is available. I can also check to see what grades I've earned in each of my classes. My financial statement is always there and ready for me to view, so I don't forget to make a payment.

All in all, I've been thrilled with not only the online platform that NEIWH offers, but very happy with the school in general. The instructors are knowledgeable, and welcoming, and the staff is very helpful. I also had an illness in my family that required a lot of my attention and I found the staff to be incredibly understanding, patient, caring and willing to help me in any way through my challenges. I cant say how much I appreciated that during my tough times.

I would recommend anyone thinking of attending school for massage therapy to consider NEIWH. I have been very happy with absolutely everything.

Sincerely,
Elaine Warren

Dear Dr. Grigore

I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know of the experience I am having while participating in your program and express my appreciation for the opportunity to attend your institute.

Educationally, the professors offer top notch instructions. One of the things I like best about the teaching style of the institute is that it caters to the various learning styles students may have thus maximizing the students' Prospective to develop themselves professionally in the field of massage. Teachers make themselves available to students outside the classroom offering clarification regarding any subjects about which the student may have questions or concerns. Overall, the professors provide a comfortable and friendly yet professional learning environment for the students.

My studies at the institute promote my personal and professional growth. The institute affords me the opportunity to learn several modalities of massage therapy. The hands-on experience classes compliment the in-depth academic curriculum promoting a more complete understanding of the body, massage and the experience of the client receiving the massage.

I have no doubt this program will not only superbly prepare me for my licensing exam but will give me the tools and qualities necessary to be of help and benefit to the benefit to the clients on whom I work.

Thank you again for the opportunity to participate in your program.

Sincerely,
Elizabeth S. Licht

The 2005 New Hampshire Union Leader Classic was a success, raising more than $5000 for the American Heart Association. Nearly 300 racers and their families enjoyed a beautiful day filled with food, music and-of course-exercise for a good cause.

Your organization's generous massage therapy donation allowed the Union Leader to put on a great racing event while donating 100% of the registration fees to charity.

I've enclosed a copy of an ad we printed Wednesday to thank all of our generous supporters for their help with this year's road race.

Thanks again for your support of the American Heart Association. I hope we can count on your help for the next year's race too. Please call me with any questions you may have.

Sincerely,

Dear NEIWH,

I would like to pass on my thanks to all of you who participated in the MS 150 bike ride out of Durham.

I am a rider and have practiced in events of this nature before and never have i received the professionalism and care that was exibited by your students and staff that was extended to me on both Saturday and Sunday afternoon. Upon completion of the days ride and my arrival in the Quad, I was advised and encouraged to sign up and schedule a post ride massage, and while my expectation was to be treated nicely, I did not expect to be pampered as a I was by both the staff working at the sign up tables and Kerry and Rob who actually worked on my tired body. Their skills at massage were matched by their warm and friendly greetings and conversation that put me at ease in the capable hands.

So thanks to you all! May your careers be prosperous.

Sincerely,
Steve Patterson

Dear Dr. Grigore,

I am writing you to give praise to one of your student practitioners, Melanie Vallaiere. As an educator and prior owner of a small school of court reporting, I believe it is important to celebrate student successes, and by extension, school successes. By all counts, my experience with Ms. Valliere represent a celebration.

I had my first experience with your school this evening at 6 p.m. when, as a client in the clinic, I was greeted by Ms. Valliere. She was confident, professional, friendly, and polite. Her demeanor immediately put me at ease in my new surroundings. She took great care to assure and sustain my comfort throughout the delivery of services. She was never condescending, patronizing, nor overly friendly.

As a veteran traveller, I have received massages from many people in many different countries and regions. Massage is not new to me, and my expectations regarding service are relatively high. Frankly, I was not sure what type of service or attention I would receive from a student practitioner, but being an advocate for applied learning and a committed supporter of student practicums, I was willing to give the school student practitioners a try. I am glad that I took the risk! Not only, I was pleased with the professional demeanor of Melanie, but I was equally pleased the fine massage she rendered.

If Melanie is indicative of the caliber of student you are preparing for the profession, you and your staff must be very proud. You have done a nice job of providing the didactive and clinical combination for a well-prepared practioner.

I look forward to future visits and to future encounters with your students.

Sincerely,
Kathleen Prince, Ph.D

Dear Mr. DuVerger,

I took my nationals on April 8th 2003. I was nervous and when I finished I was told I passed. My comment was "I did"? And the gentleman at the Nationals remark was "you people always pass!" He was referring to us at NEIWH!! This school definitely prepares us for the Nationals.

Dear NEIWH,

To all of the Kind, Thoughtful, Inspirational and Instructive professionals at NEIWH, including, but not necessarily limited to: Dr. Grigore, Dr. Verigan, Ms. Sowles, Ms. Fife, Dr. Anazalone, Mr. McKay, Mr. Melcher, Ms. Black, Ms. Hotchkiss, Ms. Curtis, Mr. DuVerger, and Mr. Sebastian and Ms. Minea.

Let me begin by saying that I was thrilled to meet all of you. I was unforgettably delighted to see you each day of my education at NEIWH. I am so grateful to have gone thorugh the steps necessary to learn Grigorian Method and other techniques by which I am able to relieve so many people of pain and discomfort.

I really want to thank you for bearing with me and some of my antics during my 13 months studying at your top-notch institution. Everything you said has proven true in both the public and private sectors concerning the field of massage therapy and bodywork. I feel a little self-conscious writing this thank-you note, but I do genuinely feel a great debt to you all for all you have done for me, and I wanted to tell you.

I really, really appreciate you ! Thank you again.

Yours sincerely,

Dear NEIWH Representatives,

Thank you very much for all your help in making our Rebif MS Walks huge success. We had over 7,000 walkers and 1400 volunteers at 13 MS Walks in Massachusetts and News Hampshire this past weekend. We anticipate raising an estimated $ 2 million. It will directly help 12, 000 individuals and families affected by multiple sclerosis in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. These walks could not have happened without you offering your support and dedication. You all are so incredible! You weathered the ice, snow, rain and chilly conditions in order to make our MS Walks so successful! There are probably no other volunteers in the country as committed dedicated and as flexible as you all have been.

Your efforts will help the Central New England Chapter provide programs for individuals and families affected by multiple sclerosis which offer them support and guidance. A large portion of the money raised goes to fund the MS research. The day will come when we will find cure to this devastating disease, thanks to the volunteers like you. We look forward to working with you in future events we have in 2003. Together, we are working towards a world free of MS. Thank you.

Brenda Barbour
Director of Volunteers

Dear Mr. DuVerger,

On behalf of the Saint Anselm College Health Services staff, and myself I would like to thank you for your support of our Health Fair held on march 13 2003. The massage students who participated were very professional in their approach and we enjoyed having them very much.

As usual, the massages are very important part of our fair since they are so appreciated by the staff and students who are fortunate enough to get one.

We have received many positive remarks about the fair and participants feel the quality and variety of the presenters offered a great deal of information.

We had about 250 attendees at the fair and feel that it was very successful. We have greatly appreciated your support in this effort to help out students, faculty and staff learn about the role and value of massage therapy as it relates to stress relief and health.

Thank you and your staff and students again for your support. We hope you will be willing to join us next year for our fair.

Sincerely,
Constance B. Richards
Director, Health Services
