North Eastern Institute of Whole Health

Approved for Educational Visas
N.E.I.W.H. is now authorized by
the United States Department of Justice,
Immigration and Naturalization Service,
to accept and enroll nonimmigrant students.
The Institute is approved for M-1 vocational students
not in language training.
The Institute is allowed to accept nonimmigrant students
who want to attend school full-time (22 hours/week).
Students must also show means of financial support for the academic term.

 

Requirements for Admission

  • Age—Must be 18 years or older.

  • Application—Return of admission form with $50 non-refundable fee.

  • Education—High school diploma or GED certification on or before the end of the program.

  • Physician’s note stating that the applicant is in good health and free of communicable diseases.

  • Completion of the North Eastern Institute of Whole Health Medical Form.

  • A picture I.D. will be taken at the Institute during enrollment.

  • Certificate of Eligibility For Non-Immigrant (M-1) Student Status for Vocational Students Form I-20M-N (foreign students, only).

 


Foreign Student Tuition for Fall 2002

Full Tuition is $6,750.00

Full-Time only:
3 days or 3 nights/week
$2,000 deposit
$797/ month for 5 months

Materials Fee is $1,050.00

Full-Time only:
$200 deposit
remaining balance must be paid by graduation

 

Financial Structure of Tution and Fees

Total cost of tuition for full-time enrollment, leading to a Diploma in Massage Therapy is $6,750.00 (The Institute reserves the right to adjust the rate of tuition.)

Breakdown is $9.00 per clock hour based upon 750 hours.

Application fee is $50.00—non-refundable.

Materials Fee for U.S. Citizens is a one-time charge of $650.00. Materials Fee for foreign students is a one-time charge of $1,050.00 These costs are in addition to tuition.

This amount includes the following:

  • All required texts for core and elective courses
  • Class materials and handouts
  • One Student uniform body wrap
  • One School Uniform T-Shirt or Sweatshirt or Tank top
  • Diploma Fee
  • Two Official Transcripts and One Unofficial Transcript
  • Graduation Fees
  • Use of off-campus facilities
  • Transportation to major health events
  • Immigration and Naturalization documentation (for foreign students, only)

This cost does not include massage equipment such a tables, sheets, oils, bolsters, etc. Students are asked to supply their own sheets and oils. A table purchase is not mandatory to attend class, but is recommended in order to complete outside coursework.

There will be no other charges for core classes or electives materials throughout the program.

Fees will be charged for copies of transcripts, documents, cancellations, etc. (see Student Handbook).
